Guy Rampel, age 65, of Delray Beach, Fla., died Sunday, Apr. 24, 2011, at Delray Medical Center after a brief illness.
He was born Apr. 19, 1946, in Mount Vernon, N.Y., the second of five children to Marion E. King and Guy G. Rampel. He graduated from East Brunswick High School, and University College of Rutgers University.
A natural entrepreneur, Guy started his own computer business, co-owned a restaurant in Lawrenceville, N.J., managed properties and investments, and cheerfully retired to Florida in 1966.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Amelia Massari; his daughter, Michelle of Milford, N.J.; and son, Michael of Lambertville, N.J.; and eight grandchildren.
